What is your return policy if I am not satisfied?
We offer a 15-day return policy for unused bikes in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping fees and a restocking fee may apply.
Are Mokwheel bikes water-resistant for outdoor sports?
Mokwheel e-bikes feature an IPX5 water-resistance rating, meaning they are protected against splashes and light rain, though they should not be submerged or used in extreme storms.
Is assembly required when my bike arrives?
Our bikes arrive approximately 85% pre-assembled. You will only need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seat using the toolkit provided in the box.
