At Mokwheel, we are committed to your satisfaction and the performance of your electric bike. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return window for unused items in their original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide proof of purchase.
Prepare the Equipment
Ensure the e-bike is clean, has fewer than 10 miles on the odometer, and is securely packed in its original box with all chargers and tools included.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; please note that return shipping fees may apply.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned gear for damages, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
